FIND/CHANGE MY PASSWORD

Go to the login page the click Forgotten password. Once you have entered your username, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. This link is valid for a certain period. You should click on this link and you will be redirected to a page where you can reset your password. On this page you will need to create a new password.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF MAKING AN ORDER THROUGH YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

To make an order on THE-SAGES.COM, it is not necessary to create a customer account. It is, however, free to create one and has many advantages.

Create an account in order to have access services and sections reserved only for our account holders.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CREATING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

You can create your client account in 2 different ways: :

  • Via our website THE-SAGES.COM by clicking on the Login Tab.
  • Via the Facebook or Google button. Input your personal details (title, first name, last name, email, password, date of birth). You will receive a confirmation email when you create your account.

HOW DO I CONNECT TO MY CLIENT ACCOUNT

THE-SAGES.COM recognised the country in which you are located and offers you the appropriate language version according to your geographical location. Your account will remain active on all three versions of the site (English/French/Chinese). You will be able to manually change the language version to access the contents of the foreign versions. 

 If you forget your password, click on the “Forgotten password” link which is found on the Login page, then follow the instructions to change your password. When the login is clicked, a popup will open allowing you to change the password.
