EXCHANGES FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR COLOUR ARE NOT POSSIBLE

As our stock size is limited, we cannot offer standard exchanges on our website. For a new size or another model, place your order on our online shop, and contact us via the contact form with the number of your new order to be reimbursed for the shipping costs of this one (based on a standard delivery)!

I WANT TO KEEP MY ITEMS BUT I HAVE ALREADY FILLED IN THE RETURN FORM

RETURN MY ORDER BUT CHOOSE THE CARRIER MYSELF

The return of the parcel is imperatively made in registered mail with proof of sending and acknowledgement of receipt.
If you have paid the shipping costs, we will reimburse you an amount equal to the Standard Service Level if the return is from France, but from abroad the costs incurred for the return are at your expense.

THE REFUND WILL BE MADE TO THE CREDIT CARD USED DURING THE PURCHASE

For banking security reasons, the refund can only be made to the credit card that was used to pay for the order. If you are returning an item that was offered to you, we will also credit the card that was used to pay for the refund.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN USING MY CUSTOMER AREA?

Make a return request in the My Orders section. Click on the View Order button ofthe order you wish to return. Then click on Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), thenclick on Request a Return. Finally, click on Submit your request. You will then receive your return label.

I SEND BACK MY ITEMS
I take a box and place the items inside it with their packaging as I found them. I put the delivery note that I received in the box and stick the return label on it before taking it to the post office.

A BIT OF PATIENCE
The refund will take between 3-15 days to arrive into your account! If ever this time period is greatly exceeded, I won’t hesitate to contact customer services!

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Martigues, on the French Riviera.

KNOW OUR CONDITIONS FOR REFUSING RETURNS/REFUNDS

a- The label is no longer present on the product.

b- The article is dirty, stained or crumpled.

c- The item has not been repackaged as it was originally: the tissue paper or plastic sleeve is missing.

d- The item is returned with traces of perfume.

e- The item has traces of body odour.

f- The item is no longer new, it has obviously been worn and/or stored in poor conditions.

When you return a product, it is sent directly to our warehouse in the south of France, where we do not have new labels, packaging or the equipment to refurbish clothing and fashion accessories that are no longer in their original condition. If you choose to return your item, it must therefore arrive as new and properly folded, so that it can be sent back to its new buyer in the same condition.

Only one of these omissions makes the return non-conforming, which will not be refunded, but which will of course be returned to you.

WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED

We produce our items in mini-series, so we will check all our items on site for compliance.

If you notice that an item is damaged after delivery, here are the steps to follow to address the carrier.

  • Keep a record of the time the item was delivered to you, you should normally receive a message or email from the carrier.
  • Keep the defective packaging and a photo of it.
  • Send us an email as soon as you receive the package with a photo of the damaged box and item attached.

This will help you as the carrier will need to check that you have not damaged the product yourself. We therefore advise you to write to us as soon as you receive the damaged package and item, enclosing photographs to establish the causal link between the transport and the damaged item.

According to the Consumer Law, THE-SAGES.COM cannot assume all or part of the legal responsibility for the delivery, which is the exclusive responsibility of the carrier. We will be pleased to help you assert your rights with the transport company involved.

IF I WANT TO RETURN MY PACKAGE, WILL THE PREVIOUS DELIVERY CHARGES BE REFUNDED?

Yes, the delivery costs charged at the time of placing the order will also be refunded for any returns made within 14 days of the date of receipt of your parcel, and only if you return your order in full. The packaging and everything in it must be returned as originally packed.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I BOUGHT FROM A RETAILER?

Returns should be handled directly with the retailer in question. If your product was purchased from a reseller or marketplace, contact their customer service department to find a solution with them directly. For the time being, we sell exclusively on our online sales site THE-SAGES.COM.

FREE RETURNS ?

Returns are free of charge from metropolitan France when you have purchased on the THE-SAGES.COM website for orders delivered in France. The return must be made within 14 days (date of the postmark or of the carrier's acceptance of the order). Returns from a foreign country are subject to a fee.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A RETURN?

Returns are charged for orders that have been delivered to a country outside of France.International returns are at the customer's expense.We will not be able to provide you with a return label. You are responsible for any customs fees that may apply when picking up your return package. For a return from another country, the return must be done by tracking.

HOW TO SEND MY PACKAGE BACK

The return of the parcel is imperatively made in registered mail with proof of sending and acknowledgement of receipt.
If you have paid the shipping costs, we will reimburse you an amount equal to the Standard Service Level if the return is from France, but from abroad the costs incurred for the return are at your expense.
If the goods are lost, incomplete or damaged, especially because your shipment was not secured, we will not be able to refund you.
Print your return label and stick it on your package. If the return label is not available for your country, send the parcel by writing the return address and following the formalities requested. In all cases, respect the customs return formalities in order to be exempted from the payment of customs duties on return, otherwise no refund will be made.

DO I NEED A PROOF OF RETURN?

As the returned package is your responsibility until it arrives in our warehouse, please remember to ask for and keep a proof of delivery with acknowledgement of receipt. In case of loss of the parcel, it would be necessary to search with the carrier.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PACKAGE?

You have 14 days to return your package.

MY PRODUCT HAS A DEFECT.

We produce our items in mini-series, so we will check the conformity of our items ourselves. We work with a team of lawyers and bailiffs specialised in online sales to avoid any risk of fraud linked to the sale of clothing on the internet.

If it is a MANUFACTURING DEFECT, please select the ITEM DEFECT tab via the CONTACT FORM and indicate what the garment defect is by attaching precise photographs. Our team will respond as soon as possible.

I DON'T LIKE MY CLOTHES

You can return your package within 14 days from France and 30 days from a foreign country. Returns are free from France but at your own expense from other countries. The garment must not have been worn and must be returned with all its components. Please consult the section "KNOWING THE CONDITIONS OF REFUSAL OF RETURNS/REFUNDS", to best organize the return of the item.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER

Depending on the progress of your order, we will not always be able to stop it. If the order has the status "shipped", we cannot do anything more. You will have to return it as soon as you receive the package. Does it have another status? Then contact us without further delay via the contact form, we must act quickly to cancel the order before it is prepared.

PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED AND AUTOMATICALLY RETURNED

We are unable to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be treated as a return. Please bear this in mind when selecting your delivery address for an order.

KNOW THE REPAYMENT PERIOD

We refund within 20 working days once the package has arrived at our warehouse. Some returns can take up to a month, depending on which part of the world the return is made from. Refunds are made by crediting the credit card or PAYPAL account used to pay for the order. If, after this period, you encounter a problem (the parcel has not been received or the refund has not been made), contact us via the contact form, specifying the order reference and the problem encountered. We will reply within 48 working hours.
