Our products marked in stock (1) are available. Our warehouse in Martigues, France will ship your order within 48 hours.

Our products marked as pre-orders (2) will be shipped on average within 45 days. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve an item BEFORE IT IS IN STOCK. On the Product Sheet of the pre-ordered items, you will find the estimated shipping date.

Orders consisting of stock items and pre-order items: the products will be sent at two different times, but the delivery costs will only be charged once.

Orders consisting of pre-ordered items with different delivery dates: the items will be sent to you all together on the latest estimated shipping date.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped.

Pre-ordered items can only be purchased by credit card.

Our products marked out of stock (3) are no longer available. To be alerted when a product is back in stock, please send us an email via the CONTACT FORM or click on the "backorder request" button on the product sheet.

STEPS FOR PLACING AN ORDER

If you wish to make purchases on THE SAGES.COM, you do not need to create An account. However, we advise you to create an account to benefit from sections and services reserved exclusively for our customers.

1. Search for items

To browse our catalogue, use our navigation menu to choose an item category or browse our selection of items on the homepage of the online shop. If you are looking for a specific item, you can use our filters or our internal search engine.

For each item, you will find a product page with the available sizes and colors, as well as a detailed description and composition. Click on the product image to enlarge it and see all the details.

2. View the items and add them to the basket

  • You can browse the site from different product categories. Once you have clicked on a product, you can scroll through the different photos, zoom in on the image by clicking and then passing your mouse over it, choose a size, consult the size guide…
  • Once you have decided, click on "Add to cart".

3. Exit and return to your basket

  • Once an item is in your shopping cart, you can continue shopping by clicking on "Continue Shopping".
  • You can find your shopping cart at any time on the top right of the site by clicking on the icon representing a shopping cart and indicating the number of products in it.

4. Complete your order

  • Check the photos of the products in your basket.
  • Check the prices of the products in your basket.
  • If you already have an account, log in, otherwise create your customer account
  • Choose your delivery address and enter your mobile phone number.
  • Choose your delivery method and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  • Choose your payment method. You may be asked for a final validation step by entering either a security code received on your phone from your bank or your date of birth.
  • If your order is validated, you will see a page on the site confirming your payment and thanking you. You will also receive a confirmation email on the email address of your customer account.

Can I change my order or add and remove products?

Once your order has been paid, it is not possible to modify it. 

 If you would like to ADD new items, you will need to make a new order. 

 If you would like to REMOVE an item you will have to cancel an order in its entirety.  Go to our CONTACT FORM and tick the "CANCEL ORDER" section. Fill in your identity, the order number and the subject of your cancellation request. After receiving your message, two situations are possible : 

  1. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue an immediate refund and cancel the shipment. To do this, you should write to our customer service department as soon as possible. 
  2. If your order has already been dispatched, you will have the statutory period of 14 days to return the order and receive a refund. 

MODIFYING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • I want to change my order by changing my delivery address

Go to the CONTACT FORM and tick the heading "ADDRESS CHANGE". Fill in your identity, the ORDER NUMBER, and the subject of your address change request.

Ideally, you should contact our customer service within 2 hours of placing your order. If this period is respected, your parcel will probably not have had time to leave the warehouse and we will contact you to send the parcel to the new address.

If this period is exceeded, it is possible that the warehouse cannot be notified in time of the change of address and therefore has delivered the order to the original address. We advise you to write to us anyway, but if the parcel has already been sent you have the legal 14-day period to return your item after receipt.

FIND MY ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER

Your order reference number can be found in your customer area under order history on your invoice.

ACCESS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation email after the payment of your order. If you do not find it, check your SPAM (unwanted mail) or refresh the web page by clicking the URL, then pressing enter. Please make sure that the-sages.com email address is included in the list of approved senders in your e-mail account. This way, our emails will no longer be blocked by your spam filter if they were.

WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING PROCESSED?

You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the order reference number on the "Track Your Order" page. Registered users can also access their order information in the My Account area.

  • Payment accepted/Processing in progress: Your payment has just been accepted by the bank and your order is entering the processing phase. This alert is visible as soon as the payment has been accepted. You will receive an email a few moments later with the invoice and confirmation that your order is being processed.
  • Order being prepared: Alain and his son Remy, prepare your order with care. They cover the items already individually wrapped by our craftsmen with 100% recycled gift paper in a transparent polyester pouch which is also 100% recycled. His family business has been open for 20 years.
  • Order shipped: Your order is on its way, in ecological packaging, a compostable or recycled envelope. It is now up to the carrier to do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order on time. We are going on missions thanks to your purchases! You will be able to track your order in the "My account" section, by clicking on "order", as soon as we inform you that the shipment has taken place. We will send you a confirmation by email with the tracking number of the package.

SAV X: You have made a refund request by email and asked to return your products. Save time with the automatic shipping label generator for Magento shops. Just send your package back to us with its return label. We refund you as soon as we receive your package at our warehouse by creating a credit note in our administration panel for a quick and efficient online refund. The amount is credited to the account of the customer with whom the purchase was made.

SAV XX: The refund has been launched on our side! We have just proceeded to refund your order. The funds will be available between 48 and 72 working hours on the account with which you made your purchase (credit card or Paypal).

HIDE THE AMOUNT PAID

For delivery in France, and in order to preserve natural resources, we send invoices by email at the time of confirmation of your order. You can therefore offer gifts without the price being revealed to the recipient.

When shipping abroad, we are required by law to print the invoices in the orders so that they can pass through customs. We must respect this legislation by providing paper invoices.

DEALING WITH A TECHNICAL PROBLEM

  • Log out of the site by clicking on the "log out" link on the top user icon.
  • Change your browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer...) and/or make the requested updates.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Our website is optimised for all the latest versions of the major Internet browsers. Please check that the Internet browsers you normally use are up to date.
  • If you are experiencing browsing problems, we advise you to delete all cookies and temporary files stored on your computer and to check that Javascript is enabled.

MISSING ITEMS FROM THE SHOPPING CART

As long as your order has not been finalized, the items you have added to the basket remain available on the website, and can therefore be purchased by other customers. If this happens before you have been able to complete your order, you will receive an email notification that the items are no longer available.
